We are excited to offer a Slovak Speaking Customer Support position for Booking.com with a paid relocation package to Athens, Greece. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer support to Slovak-speaking customers of Booking.com through phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist clients with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other service-related issues.
-   Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address and solve customer issues effectively.
-   Stay up-to-date with Booking.com products, policies, and services to provide accurate information and support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
