Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Norwegian Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our team in Bulgaria. This important role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the safety and trustworthiness of our digital platforms, ensuring a positive user experience. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor user-generated content and platform activity to detect and address safety concerns and policy violations.
-   Investigate reports thoroughly, analyzing data to identify risks and determine appropriate responses.
-   Collaborate with technical, security, and policy teams to develop and implement effective digital safety measures.
-   Prepare comprehensive reports on findings and safety trends for internal stakeholders.
-   Stay current with emerging threats and developments in digital trust and safety to anticipate and mitigate risks.
-   Engage with users and stakeholders to foster awareness and understanding of digital safety practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Experience in digital safety, online content moderation, or related fields is preferred.
-   Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data and assess risk.
-   Excellent communication skills for interacting with users and team members.
-   Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
