Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking proficient Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading technology company in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to innovative tech products and solutions.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver professional customer service to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding technology products and services.
-   Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, and service requests efficiently and accurately.
-   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.

## Requirements
