Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking dedicated Portuguese-Speaking Transportation Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients within the transportation industry, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding transportation services and inquiries.
-   Assist with bookings, scheduling, and resolving client issues across multiple communication platforms.
-   Accurately document customer interactions and maintain information in the CRM system.
-   Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and smooth transportation operations.
-   Stay informed of transportation services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate guidance to customers.
-   Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
-   Ability to multi-task and resolve issues promptly in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and transportation systems is a plus.
