Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Greece, supported by a fully paid relocation package. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in Portuguese who are eager to provide outstanding customer service in a dynamic environment. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Portuguese-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat channels.
-   Address customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical issues.
-   Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
