## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is actively seeking Croatian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our dynamic team supporting an automotive company in Greece. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to Croatian-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries related to automotive products, services, and after-sales support.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide friendly and professional customer support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with product information, service scheduling, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and technical departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
-   Stay informed about the latest automotive products, features, and company policies.
-   Offer feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
-   Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
-   Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-   Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools is preferred.
-   Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
