Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for Italian-Speaking Netflix Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. This role involves providing outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking Netflix subscribers while benefiting from paid relocation support to Greece.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking Netflix users via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting streaming issues, and explaining Netflix features and offerings.
-   Manage and resolve customer inquiries promptly to ensure a positive viewing experience.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
-   Stay updated on Netflix product updates, policies, and industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; good command of English is preferred.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming or entertainment sector.
