Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to invite an Experienced English Speaking Freelance Recruiter to become a key player in our remote recruitment team. This role offers flexibility and the chance to work with a diverse, global clientele while making significant contributions to talent acquisition.

  

### Responsibilities:

-   Source, engage, and attract exceptional candidates by leveraging your recruiting expertise across multiple sectors.
-   Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
-   Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience.
-   Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
-   Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting creation to offer negotiation and closure.
-   Stay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously refine strategies.
-   Provide timely updates and insightful reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a freelance capacity.
-   Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with candidates and clients.
-   Self-driven with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.
-   Familiar with various recruitment platforms, tools, and social media channels for sourcing candidates.
-   Highly organized with strong attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment projects.
-   Adaptable and proactive approach to meet evolving recruitment demands.
-   Willingness to engage in training and professional development to enhance recruiting skills.
