### About the Role

As a Danish-speaking Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them find solutions and ensuring they receive excellent support throughout their journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

-   Supporting Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
-   Understanding customer needs and providing clear, helpful solutions.
-   Handling requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Danish (C1/C2 level).
-   Strong communication and listening skills.

-   Positive mindset and motivation to learn.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece.
-   Previous customer service experience is welcome but not required.
-   Full training will be provided.
