Mercier Consultancy MD invites motivated German-speaking Customer Care Representatives to join a leading Booking Platform. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and issue resolution.
-   Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Identify trends in customer feedback to contribute to service improvements.

## Requirements

-   Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
-   A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
