Mercier Consultancy MD is searching for a dedicated Experienced English Speaking Freelance Recruiter to become a vital part of our expanding remote team. ### Responsibilities:

-   Source, evaluate, and attract high-quality candidates across diverse sectors using your expert recruitment skills.
-   Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
-   Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, guiding them seamlessly through the recruitment journey.
-   Partner effectively with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
-   Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to negotiation and final offers.
-   Stay informed on market trends and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve hiring efforts.
-   Provide regular updates and insightful reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
-   Demonstrated experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional, preferably in a freelance capacity.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and clients.
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects with efficiency and creativity.
-   Proficient with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
-   Highly organized with strong attention to detail to handle various tasks simultaneously.
