Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer the position of Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Agent to work in Greece, with paid relocation support. This role involves delivering top-tier customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding products and services.
-   Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about company offerings.
-   Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Experience in customer service or related roles preferred.
