Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative to work with Booking.com, with a relocation package to Athens, Greece. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers, helping them navigate Booking.com's services with ease and professionalism while enjoying life in a vibrant and historic city.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients of Booking.com through phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with reservations, inquiries, cancellations, and other booking-related concerns efficiently and courteously.
-   Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in Booking.com's CRM system.
-   Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve service quality and client experience.
-   Stay updated on Booking.com products, services, and policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
