In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, guiding them through the rental process and ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Assist Spanish-speaking customers with reservations, inquiries, and rental procedures through various communication channels.
-   Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
-   Conduct vehicle inspections and inform clients about rental policies and vehicle features.
-   Collaborate with team members to maintain vehicle availability and optimize customer satisfaction.
-   Keep up-to-date with current offers and promotions to provide tailored advice to clients.

## Requirements

### Qualifications:

-   Fluent Spanish language skills (verbal and written) are required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
-   Experience in customer service or the car rental sector is preferred but not mandatory.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
-   Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
