We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Norwegian Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join a prominent social media platform. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and analyze user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
-   Identify and action violations related to hate speech, harassment, misinformation, and other harmful content types specific to social media.
-   Investigate and resolve user reports and escalations with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
-   Provide clear, concise, and objective assessments of content and user behavior.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends and recommend improvements to trust and safety policies.
-   Contribute to the development and refinement of content moderation tools and processes within the social media environment.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
-   Valid EU passport is mandatory.
