### Responsibilities

-   Assist German-speaking customers with product or service-related inquiries.
-   Provide solutions and support in a courteous and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
-   Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for reporting and quality assurance.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

## Requirements

-   Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
-   A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.

-   Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
