Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a passionate Italian Speaking Customer Solutions Agent to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer support and solutions to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

## Requirements
