### Your Role

As a Danish-speaking Customer Advisor, you will:

-   Provide professional customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with their questions, requests, and account-related matters.
-   Find effective solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
-   Use internal systems and tools to provide accurate and efficient support.
-   Work together with an international team to maintain excellent service standards.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Danish (C1/C2 level).
-   Good English communication skills.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
-   Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-   Ability to adapt to a new culture and working environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece.
-   Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
