### Responsibilities:

-   Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates across various industries using your expert recruitment skills.
-   Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
-   Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients, providing guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
-   Collaborate with hiring managers to accurately understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
-   Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate negotiation, and offer finalization.
-   Stay current with industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
-   Regularly report progress, challenges, and insights to the management team.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
-   Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably as a freelance recruiter.
-   Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently.
-   Proficient in utilizing recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
-   Highly organized with great attention to detail and time management abilities.
