Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking skilled Danish-Speaking Transportation Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients within the transportation sector. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer service and support to Danish-speaking clients regarding transportation services.
-   Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, schedules, and problem resolution across various communication channels.

-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an asset.
