-   Stay updated on recruitment & staffing industry trends to ensure we remain the leader in international placements.
-   Achieve individual and team-based KPIs while contributing to the success of our global recruitment team.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
-   Valid EU passport (mandatory).
-   Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
