## Description

Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for a Slovak Speaking Reservations Agent to join their team supporting Booking.com's operations in Greece. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the travel and hospitality industry, providing excellent service to Slovak-speaking customers and helping them with their accommodation reservations.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist Slovak-speaking clients with accommodation bookings via phone, email, and chat.
-   Provide clear and accurate information about properties, pricing, and Booking.com policies.
-   Manage booking changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and professionally.
-   Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in Booking.com's reservation system.
-   Collaborate with team members to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
-   Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
-   Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
-   Ability to use online booking and CRM systems effectively.
-   Capable of handling stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
-   Willingness to work in Greece; relocation assistance may be available.
