In this role, you will be responsible for moderating and evaluating AI-generated content, ensuring it aligns with community standards and company policies while supporting the advancement of cutting-edge technologies.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Moderate and assess AI-generated and user-generated content in German to ensure adherence to community guidelines and ethical standards.
-   Classify content accurately based on established moderation policies suited for GenAI platforms.
-   Identify and report inappropriate, harmful or misleading content and escalate as needed.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance moderation strategies and GenAI model safety.
-   Provide insights and feedback on trends and challenges related to AI-generated content.
-   Stay current with company policies, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to content moderation and AI ethics.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
-   Experience in content moderation, preferably within AI or GenAI environments, is highly desirable.
-   Strong understanding of content moderation guidelines and ethical considerations related to AI-generated content.
-   Excellent attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently.
-   Effective communication skills for providing clear and respectful moderation decisions.
-   Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
-   Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural setting.
