### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality remote customer assistance in Italian through phone, email, and chat channels for Mercedes-Benz customers
-   Address inquiries related to vehicle specifications, service appointments, and maintenance issues
-   Resolve customer concerns effectively and ensure a satisfying resolution
-   Maintain precise records of customer interactions in our CRM system
-   Collaborate with various internal teams to address complex customer inquiries and issues
-   Gather feedback from customers to help enhance our service offerings
-   Stay informed about Mercedes-Benz vehicles and service updates to provide up-to-date information

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues effectively
-   Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive or luxury sector, is preferred
-   Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a remote working environment
