### Responsibilities

-   Provide expert technical support in French to users of the online gaming platform
-   Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to game performance, connectivity, account management, and platform features
-   Document reported issues and solutions clearly and promptly
-   Collaborate with development and engineering teams to escalate complex problems
-   Guide users on platform features and best practices to enhance their gaming experience
-   Stay updated on game updates, patches, and changes to gaming technology
-   Participate in ongoing training to improve technical knowledge and customer service skills

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; please specify your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
