Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Food Delivery Platform, based in Greece. In this vibrant role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to their food delivery experiences.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you help clients navigate the platform, address order-related questions, and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process. ### Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding food delivery inquiries
-   Assist customers with ordering, modifications, cancellations, and tracking their deliveries
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
-   Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
-   Collaborate with restaurant partners and delivery personnel to ensure timely service
-   Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and address any areas for improvement
-   Stay updated on food delivery trends and promotions to inform customers effectively

## Requirements

-   Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
-   Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
-   Experience in customer service, particularly in the food delivery or hospitality industry, is preferred
-   Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
