### Responsibilities

-   Provide customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
-   Assist users with inquiries related to ride-booking, account management, and app functionalities
-   Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately within our support system
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address user feedback and resolve issues
-   Educate customers on best practices for using the ride-sharing app
-   Gather insights and recommendations to improve the user experience

## Requirements
