## Requirements

As an iRobot Support Specialist with Dutch and English you will be a part of a great team and all together will:

-   Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries related to iRobot products and technical support information
-   Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
-   You need to speak a C1 level of Dutch and high level of English
-   Be in possession of an EU passport or Bulgarian work permit
