Mercier Consultancy is seeking an Italian speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria! This is a wonderful chance for individuals passionate about fitness and technology to provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers.

As a Support Specialist, you will assist customers with inquiries and issues related to their Fitbit devices, ensuring they have a seamless experience while using their products.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exemplary support to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat communications
-   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Fitbit products
-   Educate customers on product features and best practices for usage
-   Accurately document customer interactions within our support system

## Requirements
