Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an opportunity for an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department! In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with their automotive insurance inquiries and claims processes. Your fluency in Italian will be essential in ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for our customers.

### Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through phone, email, and chat
-   Assist clients with questions related to automotive insurance policy details and claims processes
-   Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
-   Collaborate with claims adjusters and internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
-   Educate customers on insurance coverage and the claims submission process
-   Gather customer feedback to enhance service offerings
-   Participate in training to stay informed about industry regulations and company policies

## Requirements

-   Proficiency in both written and oral Italian and English.
-   Your nationality and native language _must_ be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Prior experience in customer support, ideally within the insurance or automotive industries
-   Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
-   Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
-   A service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to customer care
-   Capability to manage multiple inquiries in a high-pressure environment
-   Knowledge of insurance software and customer support tools is advantageous
