## Description

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department for one of our clients! In this essential role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking clients, providing them with support and guidance as they navigate the complexities of automotive insurance and claims processes. Your expertise will play a key part in ensuring that customers have a smooth experience during potentially stressful times.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
-   Assist clients with inquiries related to automotive insurance policies and claims
-   Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems
-   Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
-   Educate customers on claims processes and policy details
-   Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings
-   Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on insurance regulations and company policies

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance or automotive sector
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
-   A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence
-   Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a busy environment
-   Familiarity with insurance processes and terminology is a plus
