Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Swedish-Speaking Customer Expert to join a leading food delivery service based in Athens, Greece. As a Customer Expert, you will be the primary support contact for Swedish-speaking customers, assisting them with their orders and ensuring a smooth and satisfying food delivery process. ### Responsibilities

-   Provide customer support in Swedish through phone, email, and live chat channels
-   Assist customers with placing, tracking, and managing their food delivery orders
