Mercier Consultancy is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Czech-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Tourism Industry team remotely from Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Czech-speaking customers by assisting with travel inquiries, bookings, and related services.

Your fluency in Czech will enable you to communicate effectively with clients, resolving their questions and concerns to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to customer satisfaction.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat, addressing tourism-related inquiries
-   Assist clients with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other requests
-   Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
-   Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
-   Coordinate with travel partners and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
-   Collect feedback to help enhance tourism services and offerings
-   Stay informed about tourism industry trends and travel regulations

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
