Mercier Consultancy is currently seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Ride-Sharing App Department for one of our clients! ### Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch through phone, email, and chat
-   Assist users with questions related to ride-sharing services, app functionalities, and account inquiries

-   Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and feedback
-   Provide clear and relevant information about the app's features and promotions

## Requirements
