Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department! In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing essential support and guidance as they navigate their automotive insurance needs and claims processes. Your language skills and customer service expertise will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

### Responsibilities

-   Respond to inquiries from customers in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
-   Assist clients with questions related to automotive insurance policies and claims
-   Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our systems
-   Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions
-   Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring they understand each step
-   Gather customer feedback to improve our services and support
-   Participate in training to stay updated on products, policies, and industry regulations

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance or automotive sectors
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
-   A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service
