Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Swedish-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. ### Responsibilities

-   Handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues for Swedish-speaking clients
-   Deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and timely problem resolution
-   Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and solutions provided
-   Identify opportunities for service improvements based on client feedback
-   Support onboarding and training activities for new clients

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
-   Your native language and nationality must be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.

-   Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
