Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Portuguese-Speaking Consultant to join our Online Payment Solutions Department in Greece. In this key role, you will support our Portuguese-speaking clients in optimizing their online payment systems, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and assistance for successful transaction processing.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist Portuguese-speaking clients with inquiries related to online payment solutions
-   Conduct training sessions to educate clients on payment system functionalities and best practices
-   Troubleshoot client issues efficiently and provide timely resolutions
-   Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records of support activities
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client challenges and devise effective solutions

## Requirements
