### Responsibilities

-   Deliver technical support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat for customers using various electronic products
-   Efficiently diagnose and troubleshoot issues to enhance customer satisfaction
-   Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support tracking system
-   Work closely with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
-   Guide customers in understanding product features and optimal usage
-   Stay informed on product updates and industry innovations

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Previous experience in technical support or customer service, especially in the electronics sector
-   Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
