Mercier Consultancy is seeking a passionate Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Sustainability & Green Energy Company. In this impactful role, you will provide exceptional support to our Hungarian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about sustainable energy solutions and green initiatives.

Your fluency in Hungarian will enable you to communicate effectively with clients, helping them understand our products and services that promote sustainability and environmental responsibility. By delivering high-quality customer service, you will contribute to our mission of fostering eco-friendly practices and solutions.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service in Hungarian through phone, email, and chat regarding sustainability and green energy queries
-   Assist customers with product information, service offerings, and account management
-   Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently
-   Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective solutions
-   Gather customer feedback to improve our services and product offerings
-   Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in sustainability and green energy

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Hungarian and English, with excellent communication skills
-   Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sustainability and green energy
-   Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the environmental or technology sectors, is preferred
-   Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
-   Genuine interest in sustainability and helping customers adopt eco-friendly practices
-   Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
