Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Client Relations Specialist! In this essential role, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with the utmost professionalism. Your fluency in Spanish will be key in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will communicate directly with clients to provide insights, resolve issues, and facilitate a seamless experience. ### Responsibilities

-   Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, responding to inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
-   Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring they receive thorough training and support
-   Document client interactions and updates in our CRM system effectively
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address client challenges and enhance service delivery
-   Collect client feedback and insights to inform improvements and ensure satisfaction
-   Actively promote our services and solutions to address client needs

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Previous experience in client relations or customer service is highly desirable
-   Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
-   Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
-   Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
