### Responsibilities

-   Provide customer support in French via phone, email, and chat
-   Assist clients with inquiries about high-end products, orders, and services
-   Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our systems
-   Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide tailored solutions
-   Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our luxury product offerings and brand values
-   Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery
-   Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends in luxury retail

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the luxury retail sector
