Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Subscription-Based Services Department! In this dynamic role, you will be the initial point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with various inquiries related to their subscriptions and services. Your expertise in customer support will contribute significantly to ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

### Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat
-   Assist clients with subscription management, billing questions, and service features
-   Document interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
-   Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
-   Provide guidance on maximizing the value of subscriptions and services
-   Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to the subscription experience
-   Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of products and services

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
-   Experience in customer support, preferably in subscription-based services or digital products
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
