As a French-Speaking Player Support Specialist, you will provide excellent assistance to French-speaking players, ensuring their issues are promptly addressed and their gaming experience remains enjoyable. ### Responsibilities

-   Provide timely and professional support to French-speaking players through email, chat, and social media channels.
-   Investigate and resolve account, gameplay, and technical issues efficiently.
-   Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support tickets.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex player issues and improve overall satisfaction.
-   Collect and relay player feedback to Riot Games' development teams to enhance the gaming experience.
-   Promote a welcoming and supportive community through empathetic communication.

## Requirements

-   Experience in player support or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage.
-   Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of gaming culture.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-   Familiarity with customer support tools and gaming platforms is a plus.
