Mercier Consultancy is offering an exciting opportunity for a Slovak Customer Agent Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation! As a Customer Agent Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Slovak-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries, support needs, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
-   Handle inquiries related to products and services efficiently and professionally
-   Maintain accurate records of client interactions within our CRM system
-   Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly
-   Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality
-   Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and procedures

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
