## Requirements

-   Fluency in **German** (spoken and written).
-   Good command of **English** (minimum B2 level).
-   Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
-   Comfortable working with computers and multiple software applications.
-   Interest in consumer electronics, smart home devices, and technology.
-   Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
-   Previous experience in customer support, technical support, consumer electronics, or call centers is an advantage but not required.
