Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Czech-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Mobile Banking Services Department located in Athens! In this key role, you will serve as the primary contact for our Czech-speaking clients, providing them with essential support and guidance related to our mobile banking services. ### Responsibilities

-   Provide customer support in Czech via phone, email, and chat
-   Assist clients with inquiries regarding mobile banking features, transactions, and account management
-   Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer care system
-   Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
-   Educate clients on best practices for secure and efficient mobile banking
-   Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance the service experience
-   Participate in training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and services

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Experience in customer support, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
-   A proactive approach to customer satisfaction
-   Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-   Familiarity with mobile banking systems is a plus
