In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, providing them with high-quality support and assistance for various FinTech products and services.

### Responsibilities

-   Handle customer inquiries and issues in Portuguese
-   Provide timely and accurate information about FinTech products and services
-   Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
-   Document customer interactions thoroughly in CRM systems
-   Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
-   Stay updated on the latest FinTech trends and company product offerings

## Requirements
