Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Polish-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Home Appliances Department, based in Greece! In this important role, you will provide excellent support to our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to home appliances and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist customers in Polish via phone, email, and chat with inquiries regarding home appliances
-   Provide detailed information about products, troubleshooting, and usage
-   Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in our support system
-   Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve customer issues
-   Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery and customer experience
-   Stay updated on product knowledge and trends in the home appliance market
-   Participate in training sessions to improve support skills

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
-   Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or retail sector
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
