Join Mercier Consultancy as a Slovak-Speaking Content Moderator in our exciting Gaming & e-Sports Department based in Greece! Your fluency in Slovak will be key to effectively communicating with our Slovak-speaking users, enabling you to foster a positive atmosphere and address any concerns or issues that arise. Work closely with fellow gaming enthusiasts and contribute to enhancing the overall player experience.

### Responsibilities

-   Moderate user-generated content in the gaming and e-sports community in Slovak
-   Review and assess content submissions and player interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines
-   Assist players via forums and chat platforms, responding to their questions and concerns
-   Identify and escalate any inappropriate behavior or content
-   Collaborate with team members to improve user experiences and community engagement
-   Stay informed about the latest trends in gaming and e-sports for effective moderation
-   Promote a respectful and inclusive environment for all community members

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
-   Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Strong understanding of gaming and e-sports culture
-   Prior experience in content moderation or community management is an advantage
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
