Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Consumer Electronics Brand based in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to a wide range of consumer electronic products.

Your fluency in Slovak will be essential in helping clients navigate product features, troubleshoot issues, and understand warranty and repair processes. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and service excellence.

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer service in Slovak via phone, email, and chat regarding consumer electronics queries
-   Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting technical issues
-   Handle product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently
-   Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
-   Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues
-   Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality
-   Stay informed about the latest trends in consumer electronics and new product launches

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak and English, with excellent communication skills
-   Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
-   Previous experience in customer service, particularly in consumer electronics or retail, is preferred
-   Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
-   Genuine interest in consumer electronics and a passion for assisting customers
-   Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
